Terms and
Conditions

Last updated: August 19, 2026. These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of the course described below.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) are an agreement between Anchored Woman, LLC (“Anchored Woman,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the person purchasing the course (“you” or “your”). By completing a purchase of How to Move from Emotional Exhaustion to Peace (the “Course”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the Course.

2. What you are purchasing

The Course is a self-paced digital educational program. It includes six short lessons, practical reflection exercises, and the Guided Reflection Workbook, as described on the applicable course sales page at the time of purchase. The Course is not a membership or subscription unless we expressly state otherwise at checkout.

3. Access and delivery

Pre-sale purchasers will receive access to the Course on Saturday, September 12, 2026 at noon Central Time. We will send access instructions to the email address used at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and for checking your inbox, spam, and promotions folders. If you experience an access issue after the access date, contact us at Jane@AnchoredWoman.org.

4. Fees, promotional pricing, and all sales final

You agree to pay the total price displayed at checkout. If a pre-sale, promotional price, or coupon is offered, it applies only as shown at the time you complete your purchase. It is your responsibility to review the course details, total price, and any promotional code before submitting payment.

All sales are final. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no refunds or credits will be issued for the Course, including if you do not access the Course after access has been made available or if you do not apply an available coupon code before completing your purchase.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If we make an error in the amount charged or the price displayed at checkout, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue.

5. Personal license and course materials

When your payment is complete, Anchored Woman grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Course and workbook for your own individual learning. The Course, workbook, videos, exercises, graphics, written materials, and other course content are owned by or licensed to Anchored Woman and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, share, publish, upload, teach from, or create derivative materials from any part of the Course without our prior written permission. You may not share your login credentials or course access with another person.

6. Educational purpose and important boundaries

The Course provides Christian coaching, biblical education, reflection practices, and general information. It is not individualized coaching, psychotherapy, medical care, diagnosis, treatment, crisis intervention, or a substitute for professional care tailored to your circumstances. Purchasing or participating in the Course does not create an individualized coaching, therapy, or other professional treatment relationship with Anchored Woman or Jane Perkins.

The Course is not designed for emergencies. If you are in immediate danger or believe you may harm yourself or someone else, call 911 or contact local emergency services immediately. If you are in the United States and need crisis support, call or text 988.

7. No guaranteed outcomes

Your experience with the Course depends on many individual factors, including your participation and circumstances. We do not promise or guarantee any particular emotional, spiritual, relational, health, financial, or other outcome from use of the Course.

8. Changes to the Course or these Terms

We may make reasonable updates to the Course, its delivery method, or these Terms as needed. Any material change to the Course that affects your access will be communicated through the email address associated with your purchase when reasonably practicable. The Terms in effect when you complete your purchase apply to that purchase, except where a change is required by law or is necessary to protect the security or operation of the Course.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Anchored Woman will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Course or these Terms. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, Anchored Woman’s total liability relating to the Course will not exceed the amount you paid for the Course.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Course will be handled in accordance with applicable Missouri and federal law.
