What is The Anchored Woman Experience?
The Anchored Woman is more than a program—it’s a movement of coaching, discipleship, and community designed to help women move from surviving to thriving. It equips women with biblical tools to overcome anxiety, uproot false labels, and deepen their walk with God so they can live anchored in His Word.
At the heart of this movement is the Anchored Woman Framework:
The Truth About Safety – establishing emotional and spiritual grounding in Christ.
Self-Awareness – identifying lies and replacing them with God’s truth.
Spiritual Connection – building an unshakable relationship with God through prayer, Scripture, and worship.
Christian Coaching Services
As a life coach, we do not provide medical treatment or diagnosis and are not a "covered entity" under HIPAA. While HIPAA regulations don't directly apply, we treat your information data with the highest level of confidentiality and privacy.
Workshops
Our workshops combine short teachings, hands-on activities, and opportunities for connection, creating a balanced environment of both learning and community. Anchored Woman coaching may be offered in-person or virtually, giving women the flexibility to grow in a way that fits their season of life.
Group
The Anchored Woman 8-Week Group Experience is a guided journey where women come together to learn and practice specific growth skills through interactive coaching and Christ-centered discussions. Over the course of eight weeks, we’ll cover essential topics such as goal setting, time management, emotional intelligence, and stress management, always rooted in biblical truth and applied to real-life situations.
Individual Coaching
Unlike group settings, individual coaching allows for a deep dive into your personal story and challenges, helping you apply skills directly to your life, relationships, and work. These sessions can be offered in-person or virtually, giving you flexibility while ensuring consistent support and transformation.
